    I needed a specific tint to go in my old frame. I spoke to the guys at SpexDirect and they told me to send my frame in and they would “tint match”. My optician had told me that this wasn’t possible in this specific yellow. As a last chance, I sent it to SpexDirect. Within 10 days I had my frame, cleaned and reconditioned with exactly the tint I wanted!! .

    I had to buy Varifocals for the first time in my life! I’m not happy about it! I just hit 45 and my eyesite was suffering. I got a pair from Optical Express. I was happy with the frame but the lenses weren’t great. I just couldn’t see properly! I decided to take my daughters advice and visit SpexDirect online. I entered my prescription (and got it wrong). Thankfully, I got a call from the SpexDirect lab who advised me of the mistake I had made. They corrected it for me and hey presto!
